Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Laravel & Vue.js Developer to develop and maintain modern web applications using Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js. The role involves designing and implementing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with Vue.js, as well as building and integrating secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Laravel. You will collaborate closely with both front-end and back-end teams to deliver seamless and high-quality user experiences. Responsibilities also include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability. Ensuring application security, data protection, and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends are key aspects of this role.

Develop RESTful APIs and manage databases.
Implement business logic, authentication, and authorisation.
Build responsive and interactive UIs with Vue.js.
Manage application state and develop reusable components.
Integrate Laravel backend with Vue.js frontend.

Collaborate with designers and developers.
Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in Laravel and Vue.js.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, adaptability.

Key Skills & Competencies

Experience with Laravel's core features, including routing, middleware, and Eloquent ORM.
Experience with Vue.js fundamentals, components, directives, and Vuex for state management
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and ES6+ features.
Ability to create and consume RESTful APIs.
Experience with SQL and database design, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies for both backend and frontend.
Skills in optimising code for performance and scalability.
Understanding of security principles and practices to protect applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
